I always have problems removing the stone in the middle of an avocado but I see you've done it quite nicely. What's your technique> I think the eye fits in nicely.

Andromeda, I think the easiest way is to slit the avocado in 2 all around, twist to open, then take a big knife and slam it into the stone, give it a jiggle and it comes right out attached to the knife blade.
All the better to make gueyecamole with.....
